This private lake in Dorset was in desperate need of attention as can be seen by looking at the first image below. Once again we removed all encroaching tree and scrub growth before removing the silt to a specially constructed bunded area. Once the silt was removed we constructed and installed a new drainage device. During the project we restored the river bank and protected it with live willow hurdle revetment. Our client also instructed us to construct a bespoke footbridge
